Winter Wildflower – 10″ Afghan Square Crochet Pattern & Throw

I’ve been tucked up safe indoors for the last couple of days, listening to the howling wind.  The garden is littered with twigs, branches and debris.  I’ve had trouble getting to sleep at night because of the noise!

While the wind rages, I’ve been busy and have added a new pattern to my Ravelry store.  Its for a crochet afghan block that I’ve named Winter Wildflower.

The pattern is a PDF file in written format and is available in US and UK terminology.  The pattern calls for Aran weight yarn and a 6mm (J) size crochet hook.

I wanna make it!

I’ve made a throw using the pattern and I’m really pleased with how snuggly and cosy it is!  Here are some snaps….

Happy Hooking!
