The Primitive Star Pillow pattern is an intermediate crochet pattern and the pattern uses basic crochet stitches throughout.ย The granny square blocks used are also great for blankets and throws!
Each granny square measures 10cm x 10cm (4 inches by 4 inches) and, when joined, the crochet pillow will measure approximately 30 cm x 30 cm (12 inches by 12 inches).ย I recommend you block the square for nice neat lines.ย The blocks are joined using the zipper crochet method but you can join the blocks in any other way.ย I’ve added little embroidered stars at the corners of the central block for extra cuteness.

The yarn I’ve used is Cascade 220 which is an all-time favourite of mine.ย I really liked this yarn and I think the colour range in this yarn is just heavenly!
