My Coachella scarf crochet pattern was designed for Love Crochet and their deliciously bright Splash of Neon collection.
Coachella is a deliciously warm scarf worked in vibrant neon and soft neutral colours evoking the indie vibe of summer festivals. The puff stitches used in the pattern give the finished scarf a really warm and snugly feel plus its generous proportions ensure super snugness / smugness!
Yarn:
Paintbox Yarns Simply DK
Skill Level:
Easy / Intermediate. It’s all puff stitches so if you are a dab hand at those it’s an easy pattern.
Hook Size:
4mm (G)
Measurement:
24cm wide x 200cm without the fringe
I’ve used Paintbox Simply DK for the scarf in a range of earthy colours with a splash of neon pink and bright orange. Here’s a hasty snap of the palette that I took before diving in to making the design…
The beginning of the scarf is a puff stitch square. Then you’ll be working along two edges of the square to make one half of the length before repeating on the other two square edges. You’ll be making puff stitches all the way!
