40 Colorful Afghans to Crochet released in America

Eee!  I’m pleased to announce yesterday saw my latest crochet book 40 Colorful Afghans to Crochet released in America. I’m so excited!

This book is the same book as the British “Beautiful Blankets, Afghans and Throws”. If you use UK crochet terminology you’ll need the British version.

40 Colorful Afghans to Crochet is in US crochet terminology and has crochet charts. Its full of a mixture of crochet square patterns and row-by-row patterns all worked in bright colorways.  I’ve tried to ensure there is something for everyone with a good mixture of beginner, intermediate and advanced patterns.  There is also yardage requirement guides for making blankets in three different sizes and a little collection of delightful edgings.

Here’s a snap of some samples from the book…

You can buy the book from your local bookstore or here on amazon. Or, ask your local library to order it in!

I’m always a mixture of nerves and excitement when a book is released.  I’m really pleased with this book and I hope you all enjoy it!  Have you got your copy yet? What are you going to make first?

I’ll be adding the patterns to the Ravelry database next week and I can’t wait to see what you make!!!

Happy Hooking!
