I’ve rustled up another pattern – its a chunky crochet cowl.  The pattern is exclusive to Deramores where you can buy both the pattern and yarn as a kit.  I’m so excited to be working with Deramores and designing with their gorgeous yarns!!  This design only uses one ball of yarn and works up quickly on a 5.5mm crochet hook.

The yarn is Deramores Mod Wool which I’m just a little bit in love with.  It’s warm, snugly, soft and squidgy.  And, it comes in a selection of lovely colours.

I love this chunky cowl, its just so darn squidgy and snugly.  Its a shame that its summer and I can’t start wearing it yet.

Summer is THE best time of year to make winter accessories.  “Madness”, you say? Well, making winter woollies in the summer means that by the time winter rears its icy head you’ll have a survival raft of warm snuglies to hand.
