Mediterranean Summer CAL Week 5

The Mediterranean Summer CAL week 5 is out now!  In week five we’ll be working along the row of squares we made in week 4 creating a row of arches and a ripple section!

We start off with simple rows and then work a row of arches, similar to the arches in week two.  And then, we’ll be working a ripple section.  This will work up fairly quickly!  We’ll finish off the ripple section by making triangles.

This is the last week of the actual blanket pattern – next week we’ll be joining all the bits together and working a border.

If you haven’t joined in with the CAL yet you can still do so.  The pattern will always be there!  There are three colour packs to choose from; Storm, Aegean and Wild Herb.  Head over to the Deramores website to grab your yarn pack – just click the image below. Or, if you are picking your own colours for the blanket, or just want to make a couple of the squares you can check out the Studio DK yarn range here.
